Cancellation and Refund Policy
•Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to the event organiser before friday 20th March 2020
•Cancellations received before 20th March 2020 will incur a $50 administration fee plus any credit card fees (if registration was paid by credit card)
•No refund will be given for cancellations received after 20th March 2020
•Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time, however please ensure all transfer information is relayed to the event organiser
•No refunds will be given on accomodation after 20th March 2020, before this date refunds will be given in full less any credit card fees.
Should the mode of the conference be changed (i.e. online) refunds will be given to meet the lesser amount on a case by case basis
Please also note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled.
